Is this your attitude about today’s concerns?
Mine depends on what is being proclaimed/demanded.
If our governments were not severely encroaching on
And/or removing our God-given freedoms,
It might even be a valid attitude.
One can ignore those things
That are truly meaningless,
Or totally unimportant!
Your freedoms are not on that list
Except to those politicians
Who desire to take them away.
America,
Too many becoming-unfree people have
Perception problems today!
Too many are not paying attention!
We are under attack by a great variety of
Leftist politicians, bureaucrats, professors,
Media pundits and
All their echo-chamber
Fellow travelers and beneficiaries.
The more centralized and powerful
A government gets,
The more corrupt and oppressive
That it becomes.
America was designed to
Discourage and ultimately prevent
This sad, very common occurrence.
You, American citizen, are the ultimate fixer
Of this great problem!
You and I must vote out of office
Those perpetrators of total government!
It doesn’t matter if they are
Your favorite people.
For our system to work correctly,
There should be no Leftists,
Or a very extremely small number,
In our governments.
This is not the case today.
Those people only care for
Total political power!
That means ultimately
“Dictatorship”!
They create so much chaos
That you will call for
This dictator to fix it!
America is designed to
Not go there!
But we are not using our design
Correctly today!
If political power and
The “powerful” are
Not controlled,
It is a foregone downhill avalanche!
Political power and office
Corrupts humans who are
Not aware of the problem and
Who do not fight the temptation.
It’s your business, America,
To not continue this situation
Right now!
It is also a more-than-one campaign!
It is also a more than one generation necessity.
It has taken since the early 1900’s
To arrive to right now.
(Maybe even since the Civil War!)
A note to the “good guys”
In those positions of responsibility:
Doing right is rolling back
Excessive government power!
The discussion necessary is this:
Coming to understand where
The excesses are at their worst.
That is where the adjustment begins.
The bureaucracy would be number one!
It is completely unconstitutional!
Temporary, ad-hoc bureaus are
Minimally acceptable,
But not the present, uncontrolled,
Out-of-control, irresponsible
And permanent ones.
Their responsibilities and funding
Must be controlled by Congress.
They should not be making
Their own rules and demanding
Our obedience!
It is one thing for a bureau
To be a president’s cabinet position
It is another thing for it
To be permanent!
There are very too many of these!
This is a study all its own!
Any rollback must be careful
To maintain the usefulness
That may exist.
Slow, measured changes
Are always the best.
Excess power and
The elements of corruption
Are the targets,
Not any valid functions.
If we can’t, or won’t
Do this necessary adjustment,
We can let America
Become just another
Very sad story
In the world’s history.

This is one of my meditations and themes for the last several years. It is like a unfathomable, universe-wide subject. This is a good starting discussion of this subject. It is packed with meaning.
Humans are made in GOD’s Image and HIS likeness.
That Image in humans is this: our individual spirit & attributes.
The reason is so that we can relate to HIM. Our excuse that GOD isn’t human and a figment of our imagination is totally destroyed by Jesus. Freedom is in this discussion.
GOD created humans to be able to relate to HIM. Jesus came to be our individual, sinless Lamb of sacrifice. He will come again as the Messiah that the Jews are expecting but it will be to return believers (all those who have chosen to believe forever) to the Eden relationship with GOD. {The Biblical book of Leviticus is what perfect obedience would look like.

While it is humanly impossible for humans to be totally good, we always can do much better than we have been doing if we individually want to do so! There is no concept that humans can totally achieve in this life. This applies individually, in groups or collectively.
The pathologies of today’s culture are apparent. However, they are called benefits & loudly proclaimed. They must be clearly seen as dangerous & wrong to our once-free country!
They are deliberately destroying Christianity, our country, our families, our individual personhood & our individual freedoms. Does this seem to be too extreme a statement?
Our media are calling evil “good” & good “evil”. Should that be totally right & silently allowed? Free speech & opinions must not live there? Freedom of speech is not absolute. This severe problem should be curtailed & limited within the proper bounds & situations!
Is it possible or allowed to seek those limits that do not destroy freedom of speech itself?

I do not support ANY, ANY political personality cults!!!! Left, Right, middle, it doesn’t matter! If you take the political part out, it is still so! Is this clear enough? I don’t support cultish “groupyism”!
My expectation is that any American who wishes to serve America in a political office would speak and act in support of our cherished American principles that are reflected in the best writings of our founders and all sensible people since then!
I am disgusted by the pragmatic politics and the excessive partisanship that the media love, especially for Democrats, it seems. I am disgusted with the pro-to-total leftism in our media. They do not represent thinking, peaceful citizens’ views! Individual humans are all over the belief spectrum with the issues. That is why discussion is necessary!
The people that I enjoy watching and reading at least attempt to tell the truth as they see it and are willing to listen to varying opinions and discuss them! From libertarian to center ...
