This is one of my meditations and themes for the last several years. It is like a unfathomable, universe-wide subject. This is a good starting discussion of this subject. It is packed with meaning.
Humans are made in GOD’s Image and HIS likeness.
That Image in humans is this: our individual spirit & attributes.
The reason is so that we can relate to HIM. Our excuse that GOD isn’t human and a figment of our imagination is totally destroyed by Jesus. Freedom is in this discussion.
GOD created humans to be able to relate to HIM. Jesus came to be our individual, sinless Lamb of sacrifice. He will come again as the Messiah that the Jews are expecting but it will be to return believers (all those who have chosen to believe forever) to the Eden relationship with GOD. {The Biblical book of Leviticus is what perfect obedience would look like.
I finally understand its meaning and use.}
What GOD and a human creates are reflections of themselves. They are alike enough for the purpose of relationship—to be able to relate to one another. They are not identical or they would be god or human. GOD created something like Himself that would relate to Him and the world but that is not another god. Humans are somewhat less than GOD, as are the angels. Man’s gods are less than human! There is no manmade image that can approximate GOD! Even our crucifixes are less than Jesus and only for the purpose of reminding us of his willing sacrifice for us as individuals. [GOD’s Perfect, Unblemished Lamb]
The Jews/Israelites were saved from Egyptian slavery to be GOD’s priests to the world. But GOD did not remove individual freedom of choice from the human attributes. We are individually left to choose to be so. Some humans have done so, many have not done so.
We are not forced to choose GOD’s Will. It is an individual choice that, by the way, has eternal consequences. To not choose to accept GOD’s offer is itself a choice. You have a lifetime to understand this. That in itself is a proof of GOD’s love! There are many such proofs! Jesus’s sacrifice is another one. The Bible is another one—GOD’s Thoughts and Will.
GOD’s today is eternity. HIS offer is eternally today! It is barely understandable to humans, but it is understandable enough to grasp. First, we must see it. If we don’t look, we will not see it. We must search beyond the daily noise of our culture which is demanding our belief in what they promote. It is not always the same thing year after year.
It is mostly confusion that we are demanded to believe!
OK, this is my individual belief that you are not required to accept. Does any of this make sense to you? What if it is possibly true? Why have some very smart people made this choice for themselves over the several millennia, not to mention the apostles, disciples and very many millions of just regular humans? Why are they making the choice today even in places in the world where it is a death sentence to do so?
I went at this subject searching for truth. From the simple to the profound, the truth is there.
Are you even willing to look at it? That is the individual question to each of us! Everyone will choose to believe what they will. That is the plan. We all need to understand that there are temporal & eternal consequences. It does require some individual questioning & thought on our own part. It is very eternally important. It is a believer’s responsibility to bring up the subject! I do not and am not required to apologize for doing so despite what our “culture” says. I am not alone in believing this—there is a very “cloud” of witnesses, today and in the past millennia. GOD is active in our lives and history. There are available witnesses & writings.
Many people do not understand this. So what’s new? But this is very important for the sake of understanding & for eternity!

While it is humanly impossible for humans to be totally good, we always can do much better than we have been doing if we individually want to do so! There is no concept that humans can totally achieve in this life. This applies individually, in groups or collectively.
The pathologies of today’s culture are apparent. However, they are called benefits & loudly proclaimed. They must be clearly seen as dangerous & wrong to our once-free country!
They are deliberately destroying Christianity, our country, our families, our individual personhood & our individual freedoms. Does this seem to be too extreme a statement?
Our media are calling evil “good” & good “evil”. Should that be totally right & silently allowed? Free speech & opinions must not live there? Freedom of speech is not absolute. This severe problem should be curtailed & limited within the proper bounds & situations!
Is it possible or allowed to seek those limits that do not destroy freedom of speech itself?

I do not support ANY, ANY political personality cults!!!! Left, Right, middle, it doesn’t matter! If you take the political part out, it is still so! Is this clear enough? I don’t support cultish “groupyism”!
My expectation is that any American who wishes to serve America in a political office would speak and act in support of our cherished American principles that are reflected in the best writings of our founders and all sensible people since then!
I am disgusted by the pragmatic politics and the excessive partisanship that the media love, especially for Democrats, it seems. I am disgusted with the pro-to-total leftism in our media. They do not represent thinking, peaceful citizens’ views! Individual humans are all over the belief spectrum with the issues. That is why discussion is necessary!
The people that I enjoy watching and reading at least attempt to tell the truth as they see it and are willing to listen to varying opinions and discuss them! From libertarian to center ...
There have been 4 “trans” shooters out of the estimated 7-10% of our nation who are
leftist-oriented. I will give anyone interested the source. May I define a term reasonably? Killing another individual person by an individual for any reason, just or not, is murder! Personal reasons, political reasons, on a whim, due to insanity, all these are murder. They may be treated differently. There are laws that apply in those situations.

{There is a source for the 7-10% of the population, but I don’t remember who it was! I still don’t remember who quoted it, but it was of Pew Research, and, the statistics are mostly white people! Is there no shame remaining in the American Left, or their news media????)
